CANCELLED: Rock Band Performance

Per Colorado State University policies regarding COVID-19, all School of Music, Theatre, and Dance events and related activities are cancelled through May 15th.

CSU has no greater responsibility than the health of our students and broader community; therefore, these decisions have been made out of an abundance of caution due to the rapidly changing nature of this virus.

For up-to-date information on COVID-19, visit the CSU Public Safety site.

Join the TH 264 Lighting Design I class and professor Price Johnston as they showcase a unique approach to teaching lighting, sound, and projection design by utilizing Harmonix’s video game, Rock Band. See how the article “How I Did That: Rock and Load with Rock Band,” (Live Design Magazine) has spawned scores of universities across the country to create their own iteration of the project. This simulated rock and roll concert will have you on your feet and singing along. You may even forget it is a university lighting class final!
