Out at the Theatre/Pride Show at The Normal Heart

Join the Pride Resource Center in attending CSU Theatre’s matinee showing of The Normal Heart, by Larry Kramer. Following the show, join us for a post show discussion with members of our cast, dramaturgs, and creative team.

Set against the rise of the HIV/AIDS crisis in New York City in the early 1980s, this largely autobiographical play is the story of writer and activist Ned Weeks (Kramer), the gay founder of a prominent HIV advocacy group. This heartfelt piece of realism explores dissenting tactics used to speak truth to power in the Reagan era, and what it means to fall in love in times of crisis.

CSU students, faculty, and staff, be sure to use your CSU ID at login on our ticket site to claim your free ticket.
