The Fall 2026 CSU Theatre production of The Cherryfield Toy Company by CSU Theatre Students, directed by Saffron Henke, was attended by Kennedy Center American College Theatre (KCACTF) respondent, Dr. Nick Taylor, Chair of Performing Arts at The Community College of Denver. Dr. Taylor attended the show multiple times and awarded an unprecedented 100 honors to the cast, crew, designers, and creative team of the production; he also provided multiple talkbacks with the cast and designers.
