Biography
Communications Director Jennifer Clary Jacobs oversees recruiting and enrollment, communications, and marketing for the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Colorado State University.
As an undergraduate at Colorado State University, Jennifer studied communications and music. She played violin in the University Symphony Orchestra and was a member of the CSU Marching Band colorguard. She was also a videographer and photographer with Rocky Mountain Student Media. She later earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from CSU's top-rated College of Business.
Before joining the University Center for the Arts and School of Music, Theatre, and Dance staff in 2006, Jennifer enjoyed a career in marketing, public relations, artist relations, and graphic design in the music and bicycle industries.
Jennifer received the 2024 College of Liberal Arts Administrative Professional Award for meritorious and outstanding achievement in job skills and service to the college. She is the volunteer photographer for the CSU Marching Band and still plays violin in the CSU orchestra.
