Come one, come all!

In 2012, the theatre program at Colorado State University announced a special Ticket Thursday offer to give back to the student body for their support of the arts at CSU through student fees. This initiative allowed any CSU student to show their student ID and get a free ticket to any Thursday performance of a theatre production.

This semester, thanks to a grant from the City of Fort Collins Fort Fund, Sunday performances of CSU theatre productions are now free to members of the public.

“We want to make coming to see theatre a habit,” says Theatre & Dance Division Director Walt Jones. “The very nature of live theatre is that nothing’s canned or edited – this art form lives right along with you, and now we’re taking away all barriers so students can make this a part of their lives.”

Ticket Thursday and Ticket Sunday tickets may be picked up at the Ticket Office at the University Center for the Arts or reserved online at CSUArtsTickets.com. A valid student ID must be presented to redeem Ticket Thursday tickets (one ticket per ID/per person). Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Advance reservations recommended. For performance information, please call the Ticket Office information line at (970) 491-ARTS (2787) or visit UCA.colostate.edu.
